The Youth Stop AIDS Big Weekend in back! This year we’re taking our fight to end AIDS up to Leeds.

Following the 30th anniversary of World AIDS Day, The Big Weekend will bring together the creativity, radicalism and learning that we need in the fight for global justice.

Join to connect with campaigners from across the UK, develop your skills needed for action and learn how to run your own great campaign.

Big Weekend Highlights

✫Meet, socialise & party with like-minded young campaigners from across the UK!

Venue and accommodation

On the Saturday & Sunday we’ll be hosted by the University of Leeds campus, home of one of our powerful local groups. Their union hosts some of Leed’s biggest nights and political events, it’s the ideal venue for our Big Weekend.

How to get a ticket & what does it include?

✫ Open to all 18-32 :The Big Weekend is open to everyone - it doesn’t matter if you’ve never been involved with Youth Stop AIDS before.

✫ The Big Events : Youth Stop AIDS Big Weekend ticket will give you exclusive access to two days of bespoke training workshops, panel discussions and evening entertainment.

✫ Accommodation: Please note that we have sold out of tickets that include accommodation. If you need somewhere to stay after registering we can suggest some affordable hostels that you can stay at. 

✫ Food: We’ll sort out your breakfast and lunch for both Saturday and Sunday.

A ticket for all of this costs just £10.

P.S The Youth Stop AIDS campaign runs on a shoe-string and we have a limited budget for this event so we’re asking for donations to help cover some of our costs. Unfortunately this year we don’t have budget to cover people’s travel.

We do know travel costs may prevent some of you from coming and want to ensure our movement is inclusive. We therefore have a limited travel budget to support with people’s travel costs who’d be unable to attend without receiving this. If you think you need this support, please email us by Friday 16th November.
